Youth Environmental Council
2023 KPB YEC Application is now closed
The Keep Pearland Beautiful (KPB) Youth Environmental Council (YEC) is a group designed to create environmental leaders through advisory service. Students applying to be a part of YEC must be entering their sophomore, junior or senior year from one of the 4 Pearland area high schools:
- Glenda Dawson High School
- Pearland High School
- Shadow Creek High School
- Robert Turner College and Career High School
What is required?
- Mandatory monthly meetings
- Complete 30 hours of community service with KPB per school year, 15 hours each semester
- Develop and complete a service project as a group.
