Youth Environmental Council Application
The Keep Pearland Beautiful (KPB) Youth Environmental Council (YEC) is a group designed to create environmental leaders through advisory service. Students applying to be apart of YEC must be a Pearland resident, entering their Sophomore, Junior, Senior year of Highschool.
