Official Rules of the Keep Pearland Beautiful “Beautiful Raffle”

The raffle is conducted by Keep Pearland Beautiful (“KPB”), a Texas nonprofit organization.

1. Eligibility

Participants must be at least 18 years of age at the time of winning.

KPB board members, staff, volunteers, sponsors, and their immediate family members are eligible to participate and win.

Void where prohibited by law.

2. Raffle Period

The raffle runs from 8:00AM December 15, 2025 through 8:00PM April 23, 2026.
All ticket purchases must be completed by 8:00PM on April 23, 2026.

3. How to Enter

Tickets may be purchased online or in person.

There is no maximum number of tickets that may be purchased by any individual.

All ticket sales are final. No refunds or exchanges.

4. Ticket Prices

Ticket prices vary by prize:

Yard Makeover Prize (Approx. $10,000 Value)

$25 per ticket

$100 for a 5-ticket bundle

12 Months of Housecleaning Prize

$15 per ticket

$50 for a 5-ticket bundle

Lawn Restoration Packages

$10 per ticket

$40 for a 5-ticket bundle

Tickets are prize-specific. Each ticket is entered only for the prize associated with that ticket purchase.

5. Prizes and Odds

One (1) winner will be selected for the Yard Makeover prize.

One (1) winner will be selected for the 12-Months of Housecleaning prize.

Three (3) winners will be selected, each receiving one (1) Lawn Restoration package.

Odds of winning depend on the total number of tickets sold for each prize.

6. Prize Descriptions and Restrictions

Each prize is subject to the specific limitations, restrictions, service areas, size caps, scheduling constraints, and conditions disclosed in the prize description.

Geographic or service limitations are prize-specific and may vary.

It is the responsibility of the ticket purchaser to review all prize descriptions and restrictions before purchasing tickets.

Prizes are non-transferable unless expressly stated otherwise in the prize description.

7. Drawing and Winner Notification

The drawing will occur on April 23, 2026.

Winners will be selected at random for each prize.

Winners will be notified via text message, email, or both, using the contact information provided at purchase.

8. Claiming Prizes

Winners must claim their prize within 45 days of notification.

Failure to claim a prize within this period will result in forfeiture.

Forfeited prizes will be redrawn at KPB’s discretion.

9. Taxes

Winners are responsible for all federal, state, and local taxes associated with winning a prize.

KPB will issue an IRS Form 1099-NEC for any prize with a fair market value exceeding $600.

10. Substitution or Modification

No cash alternatives are offered.

KPB reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value only if necessary, consistent with donor agreements or circumstances beyond KPB’s control.

11. Publicity

By accepting a prize, winners grant KPB permission to use their name, likeness, city, and prize information for promotional and marketing purposes without additional compensation.

Winners may opt out of publicity by submitting a written request by mail to KPB’s official address prior to prize fulfillment.

12. Force Majeure

KPB reserves the right to cancel, modify, or suspend the raffle if circumstances beyond its reasonable control compromise the integrity, fairness, or feasibility of the raffle.

13. Limitation of Liability

KPB is not responsible for:

Any donor’s failure to perform,

Any issues related to prize fulfillment,

Lost, late, incomplete, or misdirected entries,

Technical or administrative errors.

All prizes are awarded “as-is,” subject to donor terms.

14. Governing Law

This raffle is governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

15. Acceptance of Rules

Purchase of a raffle ticket constitutes full and unconditional acceptance of these Official Raffle Rules and all decisions of KPB, which are final and binding.
