The Stella Roberts Recycling Center will be open Tuesday thru Saturday 9-1pm, no appointment needed for paper, cardboard, glass, plastics, small & large appliances, batteries, automotive fluids, cooking oil, paper shredding, electronics, and TV’s. *Please note some items may incur a charge depending on geographic origin.
Appointments are required to drop off Household Hazardous Waste items ONLY at the Stella Roberts Recycling Center. Call our office, 281-489-2795. HHW will be accepted Tuesday thru Saturday by appointment only. Click here to schedule an appointment.

Automotive Fluids Fee- $5.00 up to 10 gals

*No charge for Brazoria County Including: City of Pearland, City of Brookside Village, or City of Manvel residents w/ proof of residency.
HHW Fee $1.50/lb for all individuals.

CRT Tube & Rear Projection TV- $15.00 per unit
LED, Plasma, & Flat Panel TV- $5.00 per unit

Paper Shredding:
Household/Personal Shredding – $5.00 Flat Fee
(Up to 4 boxes)
Business/Contractor Shredding – $0.50 per lb
Foreign Objects Removal – $0.79 per item
Includes: batteries, binders, craft works, credit cards or ID cards, envelopes with plastic windows, glossy or plastic folders, laminated paper, magazines, mail, newspapers, paper clips or binder clips, paper towels or tissues, photographs or x-rays, rubber bands, spiral notebooks, thermal paper receipts (gas station or fast food receipts).
Personal Shredding
KPB Members may bring their personal paper shredding FREE of charge.
Non-Members are assessed a flat service fee of $5.00 per visit for up to the equivalent of 4 standard file boxes worth of documents.
Business Shredding
The determination as to whether documents are business-related is made at the sole discretion of the recycling attendant on duty. Your documents may be inspected prior to handling. Business shredding includes documents related to home-based business as well which may include MLMs, realtors, accountants, etc…
- KPB Business Members will receive up to 100lbs of free paper shredding per calendar year.
- Non-Members are assessed a service fee of $0.50 per pound. There is a $5.00 minimum.
Please ensure that your documents are completely free of contaminants prior to delivery to our facility. You may be assessed an additional fee of $0.79 per contaminant removed from your documents prior to shredding.
